Anyone recognize the hair used in this Lilflame promo?

Could someone identify the hair used? I'm fairly certain it's for G8 since it has a knit cap on top and the only helper I found was for that figure's hair. That doesn't preclude the author from making adjustments themselves of course. Anyway, I like the look. I'd like to be able to use hats/caps/whatever on G9 hair too but there are no helper assets yet as far as I've seen. But still the hair?
