Post Apocalyptic Shelter DIM issue?

Is anyone else running into this.

the DIM download for the item

Is crashing my internet connection? every time I try to download it and I have to reset my Wifi on my PC.

All the other items on the DIM download okay, it is only this item.

    It installs like any other for me.

    Not all files seem to load from the same CDN though, with new items usually taking longer to download than older ones as if not all propagated yet. Maybe you have a weird connectivity issue where that one resolves for you.. which still does not really make sense.

    I dont see how as I have downloaded bigger files than this.

    usualy its some weird cache issue but this isnt downloading anything as soon as I try my Intenet connection closes instantly and locks up.

    To clear it I have to reboot my wifi device.

    Cant see any logs (Win or Daz) as to why.

    Okay, I've been trying to download this thing via the DIM every day and finally it just decided to work.

    No idea why as every other item on the DIM worked okay.

    Computer = yes or no

    DIM = yes or no or maybe
