Incomplete product content

I pruchased Cartoonized for both Gen * and Gen 9. Gen 8 seems to be complete, but Gen 9 is missing everything but the "reset" icon which only allows me to reset and figure that has already been "cartoonized". All other functionality is missing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. This is not the first time or the first product this has happened with. How do I go about fixing this? Thanks!

    Moved to Technical Help as it is a product issue, not a Daz Studio application issue.

    Which pane are you looking in? If it is Smart Content then try checking the Content Library pane under Daz Studio Formats.

    I don't own it, but the content is probably morphs accessible from the Parameters pane. The product Readme, available online, should tell you how to access the files. I hope you installed it with DIM. In DIM, you can also right click on the product entry and select Show Installed Files. Then you can see where they are installed.

    Judging by the product page and readme the G9 version includes only morphs dials + the "reset" preset, while G8 versions had "apply" presets too.
