How about getting cinematic renderings in this abandoned diner?

This project helps you to have a unique fantastic abandoned diner pack experience with realistic building, seat, table, bar, jukebox, stool, props etc..

This complete interior scene includes complete day and night scenes (with 2 different scenes and 2 different render/light settings for each one).

I hope like it.

It's a nice enough build, but I would have really preferred getting an option for a clean version, for before and after views as well as for allowing a bit more kitbashing.  Likewse, the existing abandoned textures that are there would have been far more versatile without all the graffiti, as the graffitti makes it unsuitable for post-apocalyptic scenes.  Ultimately I did buy it, but only because it I could get it for just $4.52 after all the discounts were applied.

The things you mentioned didn't bother me. What bothered me was the identical broken glass pattern on multiple adjacent windows. That broke any sense of realism for me.

I prefer clean too. Does he PA know what those old retro neon signs sell for? Ain't no way a diner stuffed to the gill with 50s era retro items would be anything but a stripped shell of a building.

A couple of thoughts -- first and foremost, regardless of the reason for abandonment there won't be any power, so no interior lighting. This is easy to fix at render time.

But the jukebox would have been sold ( business failure) or stolen/gutted to get the music (general abandonment/warfare or some such).

Windows broken? Someone would have gone all Greek on any breakable items. Building in a relatively isolated area? Chances are real good that most of the wiring and maybe all the salvageable metal would be gone.

The exception would be abandonment of the entire area - war or nuclear accident - check photos of the area around Chernobyl - in which case the windows would most likely not be broken (contamination) or would not have much in the way of glass left in any (explosion/bomb burst).

Having said all this - it is a nice setup, and most of my caveats can be taken care of with a bit of scene editing and texture changes.
