Tearing in Clothes/Outfits. Can it be Fixed?

This question has been probably asked but I'll ask it anyways.
When an extreme bend pose is applied to the character that is wearing a bodysuit, the straps break? The thigh straps are not broken before the the pose is applied. Refer to Battle Suit 1. When applying the pose, it asks if Limits should be ON or Off? I've tried both, makes no diference. Refer to Battle Suit 2
Can dFormer, Geometry Editior or a Smoothing Modifier fix this issue?

Comments
Different options for fix.
- Add smothing modifier to belt with suit as collision item.
- Add push modifier to belt, potentially with a weightmap if needed.
- Mesh grabber
- DFormer can also be an option
- Make a morph in a 3rd party application
My choise would probably be start with smoothing modifier, and if that doesn't solve it use mesh grabber or push modifier (with/without weightmap)
