    As far as understand "baked in", that's not correct.  All 8 can be aplied and removed individually (well, Remove preset removes them all), also to other characters (as in attached render).  But whether it's LIE or what, I don't know. 

    Sorry, my mistake.  I tried to apply the tattos to another random character, and did not see any change in the skin at all, so it looked to me as if they applied to the other characters skin.  But apparently the tattoo presets each apply the complete Rebel skin, the skins are just so alike that I didn't see any difference other than the tattoo.

    I have Rebel from when she was at Rendo and yes her Tattoos are baked onto her skins and not LIE.
