Golden Ticket doesn't seem to be working

I've opened a ticket but, since the promo is already rolling, I decided to also post here hoping the issue can be solved faster as tickets take time to be answered. In the ticket, I've added attachments, but, since posting images here is too complicated, I'll have to do without it (if anyone seeing this have access to the matter, my ticket request is #461846).

I have one of those orange banners that says "30 Gets You 30! Claim Your Frequent Buyers Rewards!" inside of it: "30 for 30% Deal! Because you own 30+ Featured Artist Items from today’s 2024 Published Artist Sale, get an extra 30% off any of today's Featured Artist Stores, Debut New Releases, and Still New Releases!" There's no coupon, so it's an automatic discount. Also, in today's 2024 Published Artist Sale main page, we have "Owners or buyers of any Golden Ticket get an extra 30% off.' It also says under a note marked by an asterisk that "Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply," which, IMHO, is a contradiction because, since it says "Owners or buyers of any Golden Ticket get an extra 30% off", having to have in in the cart would void the fact being an owner qualifies me to the promo (or would make me do the crazy thing of buying it again, which, in fact, would ignore the fact I was already an owner). That was how it worked last year. Of course, Daz Store has no obligation to do the same this year, but, then, it would have to state: "buy a Golden Ticket, have it in the cart with other qualifying products and you get a 30% discount on them."

But, well, the fact is I tried every option at hand (before buying a Golden Ticket; having a Golden Ticket in my cart along with other items; buying a golden ticket and, then, put items in my cart) and all of them were giving only the 30% discount which I suppose is the "30% for 30 deal" promo (mind that neither the 30 for 30% nor the Golden Ticket promos say the discounts are not stackables). For instance, I put this item "dForce Rue Outfit for Genesis 9 Feminine" priced at $13.19 (40% discount for being a still new release) and it checks at $9.23 (which is ~$13.19 * .7, i.e., a 30% discount)--and this item, specifically, I tried with the Golden Ticket in my cart and after buying it; and, yesterday, I tried before buying a Golden Ticket and with yesterday Golden Ticket in my cart (I didn't buy yesterday Golden Ticket, so I tried it again today). The result should be $13.19 * .7 * .7 = ~$6.46, thus, either we have a problem with the Golden Ticket or the sales are not stacking (which is not mentioned in the promos nor what happened last year--again, Daz doesn't have the obligation to follow last year rules, but should state clearly what's valid for this year). And we also have this weird contradiction of qualifying for the discount as an owner of a listed Golden Ticket but also having to have it in the cart for the discount to apply.

That's sad because the PA sale is one I wait for the most during the year. And sorry for posting it here if it's not appropriate, but I didn't want to see the sale end before my ticket is answered.
