Hotkeys not working

None of my hotkeys are working. Ctrl + S doesn't save, ctrl + z doesn't undo, Delete key doesn't delete.
I've already deleted all local files, deleted the package form my computer, redownloaded the software, reinstalled the contents and everything.

    Did you try loading one of the layouts -Window>Workspace>Select Layout. City Limits Lite is the default.

    ... and also check by: press F3 in DS, any pre-defined shortcuts there ?
