RW Chess Set

Anyone have any idea why this chess set and pieces are rendering without textures?

I loaded the freebie abacus along with an AOA ambient light into the scene.  The abacus looks fine, but the chess pieces have no textures.  I thought I might try redownloading the chess set from my products page, but couldn't get that to work.

Am I going to have to submit a ticket?

Check to make sure you are using the 3Delight material presets on the chess pieces. A lot of PA's are having their products auto-load with Iray mats since Iray is now the default render engine for DS.
