Posing not working

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Loaded a Genesis 9 figure, bought a pose pack, made no changes to the figure, applied pose - only the right leg moves.

Same thing happens to other figures. Only one part of the figure moves even after 0 out everything.

Is this a bug?

    You might've just applied a partial pose Preset... Make sure you apply a full body pose Preset.

    Also make sure that the other bones can be posed manually.
