How to install fonts?

With regards to "Typi3D: fonts to 3D - Windows version" [ https://www.daz3d.com/typi3d-fonts-to-3d--windows-version ] ...
I recently installed several new fonts onto my system and after a reboot, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, etc., was able to find the new fonts. However, they do not appear in "Typi3D: fonts to 3D - Windows version"? What do I need to do to be able to use the new fonts? Thank you in advance

I have a faint memory, that it can't use the installed Windows fonts.
