I'm trying to add a Daz Original item to my cart and it says, unable to add to cart, I can add other items, just not this one: Extravaganza Futuristic Headdress for Genesis 9, 8.1, and 8

Any help would be jolly well appreciated!

I had a look and it says I already own it. I didn't remember buying it but when I looked in my product library it looks like it was gifted as part of an Easter Egg promotion.  I checked via Private Browsing and also got an error when trying to add the product to the basket as an anonymous guest user.

So possibly something is not right with it now that it is a purchasable product - best bet is probably to raise a sales support ticket.

I was able to add it to my cart right now, so maybe they did fix the problem preventing you to add it to yours.

Thanks Elor, but I've just tried and it still says, unable to add content to cart.

I also tried again and still not working - not that it shoulod matter but tried in two browsers just in case. Was a ticket raised as posting here wo't reach anyone that can sort the issue?

I found I owned it too. So I took the name to my product library and found it was an Easter Egg that I completed on 2023-04-27 5:55:31 AM. I don't think I have ever used it and on the new computer I have bought since, not downloaded it.
