Animate 2 Program and Serial not showing

I have just upgraded one of my computers and downloaded and installed all my DAZ Content. When I went to use Animate 2 only the light version is showing.I own a copy of Animate 2 and also the serial number number is not showing up in my list of serial numbers! Has something changed with Animate 2? Cheers.

    animate2 is in my list of serial numbers in my account. If yours is missing, you will probably need to submit a help request and include proof of purchase and ask for your serial number.

    All good! For some reason after I posted here! The serial number for Animate 2 showed up in my list of serial numbers! Has Animate 2 been updated recently? I see in the shop it seems different! Cheers

    I'm not aware of an update. DIM should tell you the package date if you hover over the entry. If there is an update you haven't downloaded, DIM will show that on the Ready to Download tab.
