Hi.

Install Manager show nothing 0 download, 0 install, 0 installed.

I tried to reinstall the IM nothing helps.

Iam stuck

    same. this is what the log says when i was trying to figure out the reason:

    2024-08-01 08:28:50.480 [WARNING] :: Network Error during authentication.
    2024-08-01 08:28:50.480 [WARNING] :: Unable to parse purchased products
    2024-08-01 08:28:50.480 [WARNING] :: Invalid JSON formatting while processing purchased items.

     

    yet i don't know where the JSON file it's trying to read from is

    same here I was just coming here to find out why this is happening.  It was running fine yesterday evening.

    And apparently if this is occurring with others, we are just not able to connect to DAZ servers for some reason.  Mine shows everything I downloaded and installed but ZERO 0 items Ready to download, I know this is not correct as I keep track what I have. It is as if DIM cannot connect to my Account or library online.  I have tried restarting to clear cache, logging out and back in and logging in again, but nothing helps. Here is a screenshot if that helps any sad

    Yes, there seems to be an issue - we have reported it.

    It was fixed shortly after we reported it so it should be working now. If not let us know, please.

    It was working there for a while but now it is stalling again in the same manner as before.  It appears to have trouble finding and connecting to my account.  Here is what some of the log file shows:

    Interesting. It just fired up for me and it's working as intended. Can you please try again? Maybe it jsut came back up.
