If you have Michael 4 when you select the tab people is he his own character or is he found somewhere under Genesis?
I have Michael 4 installed but when I go to the Michael tab only the materals and puppeter presets tab comes up

He is found in Content Library > Poser Formats > Figures > Daz People...
In the Smart Content tab, click: figures > people > male > Michael 4 base > scroll down to "actor".
In the Products tab, under the alphabetical listing, click: the letter M > scroll down to Michael 4 base and scroll down to "actor".
You may have to double click the Michael 4 base to get the menu to open up.
