Simulations either exploding or refusing to simulate

Apologies in advance if this is insufficient data.  Let me know what else you might need.

AMD Ryzen 7 / 3700X processor, 128GB RAM
daz3d 4.22 .0.16 Pro Edition, Windows 10 (build 19045.4651), nVidia RTX 3080Ti, nVidia studio driver at 551.61 (back rev because something started going wrong with "most current").

dForce Duvet, dForce sheet, dForce blanket, even simple plane (72in by 72in, 576 divisions) converted to dynamic surface, yield one of the following when attempting to drape them over character figures:
* explosion
* "Error simulating objects" or whatever it is, with logs of [WARNING] :: ..\..\..\src\dzopenclkernelfactory.cpp(32): Open CL notify: Unknown error executing clFlush on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (Device 0).

...any recommendations?  Further information needed?  Should I go back to the latest studio drivers?

    On the contrary, for DS 4.22+, suggest you upgrade to latest Studio driver > 560.70... but if there's no avail, try using DDU to fully uninstall the driver and re-install a fresh new latest driver.

    A remote possibility, check your Windows System Event Log (Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System). Look for Errors (e.g. errors indicating failing hardware).
