What am I missing here?! This should be easy....please help!!

WHAT am I doing wrong? How come I can't find my content?! I made sure nothing was selected and I have NOTHING. I just got a new character and I want to play around with her but can't. Can someone tell me how to get my content?! It's normallly all on the left. I use DIM, never had any problems. I"m sure I am just doing something wrong. Please help.

    First thing to do is switch to the Content Library tab.  If you can see your content in there it is probably installed and mapped properly, switch back to Smart Content and click the the Start CMS button at the bottom and see what happens.

    Thank you, I'm sorry. False alarm. I reopened Daz and it was all there.

    Sometimes if you open DS too quickly after closing the previous session, or closing the Install Manager, the database engine won't hook up correctly and you will see empty Smart Content. You could try starting the CMS from the Content Library pane option menu (the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) before a full restart, though the latter will work.

    Its better to get used to work with the content library only.

    The so called smart content is very unsmart and confuses a lot and let you think some content is lost or incompatible to a specific figure or scene.

    The mapped folders in the content folder are very smart :-D

    Smart Content is only as smart as the data that is kept in the database...
