Siren outfit issue

Hello,

I started to create a new texture for clothes "siren outfit", but I am having a problem with the right sleeve.

I've realized that the texture is completely distorted as you can see in the attached picture (With the original textures).

I uninstall and delete files from my computer and then re-download the product, but nothing changes.

Have you the same thing? Is this a known issue?

(I hope my english is not too bad, it isn't my native language)

The distortion is visible in the pre-render also.  Looks like a bad UV mapping job so not much you can do about it.
