Modern Train with Bathroom

I've been searching for a modern-looking train interior which includes seats and bathrooms (so not like a metro or tube train). It's been shockingly hard to find one, and the best one I did find (on TurboSquid) cost $300 and only had a license for educational or news purposes. If possible, I'd prefer it be a similar style to the images below (but I'm not picky as long as it doesn't look like a VIP luxury expensive train or something out of Murder on the Orient Express);

No indication of restrooms, though.

On the other hand, this other individual cabin has a toilet/shower integrated into it.  The toilet and sink fold down out of the wall in the shower.
