LI EI Natural Pubic Hair for G9F problems

Can load some of the [LI EI Natural Pubic Hair for G9F] product, but can't change colors of anything. Also although I'm using the product on G9F models I keep getting warnings that I'm trying to load it on unsupported models. Can't figure out the product, anybody got any experience with this new item?
Product needs some in depth instructions. I'm beginning to wonder if the product is broken.
