Max Samples and Time Parameters gone?

I just went to adjust my render settings for Max Samples and Max Time... I usually go into Paremeter Settings, unlock it and sett them at absurb values that daz then changes into some wierd and random number that means infinite time I guess.  But when I went to adust the parameters today, all the render settings seem to have had that feature removed.  Now im just seing Lock, Favorites and I think there was something else there... but no way to get it to go past the slider settings for time and samples.  Has this changed in the program or do I just need a hard reset?
