UltraScenery2 - Realistic Landscape System Pane is Missing / Landscape Generator not working !

I´am sorry to complain, but the new Ultra Scenery2 product isn´t working !

Well first i thought, i would be my error, because i installed it manually. So i uninstalled all manually again, and used the Daz Install Manager for installation. But again there the Ultra Scenery 2 don´t show up in the pane and can´t be used. Only the trees, rocks, gras, etc... of the product is available in the Smart Content, but you can´t generate Landscapes. So i uninstalled the product with Daz Install Manager again, deleted the files and started the whole installation again.

Same result !

Meanwhile i did this 4 times and even uninstalled and installed Daz Studio new. But still the Plugin for starting Ultrascenery 2 doesn´t work and you can´t generate landscape with it. Well i´am really sorry to complain, because i really love the Ultra Scenery Products, i use very much and also bought all of them.

    I had something similar - a cycle of Daz Studio fixed the issue.

    Thanks for you advice SimonJM but unfortunally it didn´t work either !

    So i tried again to uninstall and install the product with Daz Install Manager, still the same problem. Also i tried an older version of Daz, which also had no success. And finally i uninstalled Daz Studio 4.22 again, installed it new and updated everything. But still the Plugin don´t appear in the pane section and you can´t start the Landscape Generator for UltraScenery.

    But i think i know the problem meanwhile ! So the product was sold with an error file ....

    Did you check it was listed in Help>About Installed Plug-ins, and what its status was? I haven't yet purchased so I don't know if it needs a serial number - if it has a box next to the name with a placeholder then it does need a serial number entered (from your account's serial numbers page, I expect).

    thank you for your answer !

    No, there is no serial number activation required. So I think this product was unfortunally really released with an major error this time. 

    At least at "About Installed Plug-ins" there is no error or Serialkey query shown.

    It´s really a pitty.  So i really love the "Ultra Scenery" Products and never had problems with them. At least till now !

    Your screenshot shows UltraSceneryXT, which is a different product. Didn't find UltraScenery 2 in there or anything that could be it.

    Yes that is the Problem PerttiA !

    It´s installed and i can use the trees, stones, gras, etc. in the Smart Content. But it´s not show in the Plugins and i can´t start the Landscape generator. 

    I think it´s an error in the Win 64 file ! 

    So UltraSceneryXT is also a Plugin, but don´t make any problems !

    Are you installing the plug-in (the Win64 package) through DIM? If not it is likely to end up placed incorrectly. As I said in the main thread (please take the rest of the discussion there) plug-in do not install the way content does, Ultra Scenere 2 has both contetn and plug-in.

    Problem solved !

    Thank to you Richard Haseltine and Doctor Jellybean.

    So the Plugins must really installed at the Harddrive where the main Programm of Daz3D is installed ! So because of my manual installation i have also the Plugins of the Ultra Scenery Products on other harddrives installed, but Daz3D works only with those at the main directory. So probably i had "UltrasceneryXT" in past also installed by the DAZ Install Manager, which back then still choosed the drive where the Daz3D main Program was installed. I had changed that. After i looked in the "about installed plugins" again with details, everything became clear. So i changed it back and tried to install again.

    Now it runs !
