In a 360 degree video, how long should you allow the viewer to look around the scene before starting any action or changing scenes. I understand the complexity of the scene can make a difference, but I'm wondering if there is a "rule of thumb" here.
In the video below, the foreground observation deck is a static png with no animation. Ignoring the animated sky/ships outside the window, how much time should the viewer need to take in the observation deck itself?
