Where can I find these muscle morph?

Hello guys, I've been looking around for a while and I failed to find the muscle morph for the genesis 8 or 8.1 body, is the first image of this item. https://www.daz3d.com/cyberpunk-futuristic-styles-for-everyday-2 I've looked around but I can't seem to find it, do you guys know where can I get it?

Could be a couple different things..

The Genesis 8 body morphs is one, Mix the body builder and fitness sliders.

Thank you, it looks like it might be the second one, mainly because I have the first one, and they don't have such muscle definition, ill definitely try it out, thanks a lot for the help :)
