Daz slow with RTX 4090

Hi.
My new pc with RTX 4090 renders at approx. the same speed as my previous 3060 laptop. GPU Usage on Iray is at 100% or near, still slow. Posing, morphs etc very slow on non-Iray, 0% GPU Usage.
The scene is super simple with just one character model with a simple hair & some lighting.
Any help, please?

It would be helpful to see the DAZ Studio log of the render session. It could be that the render is dropping back to the CPU, in which case the fancy GPU isn't going to help.
GPU at 100% or CPU? How are you checking - Task Manager isn't reliable as it doesn't show CUDA activity in the default view.
Which driver are you using?
GPU.
The driver is 552.44.
Wouldn't turning off CPU Fallback and just disabling CPU on the Advanced settings prevent that?
Have you checked the log (Help->Troubleshooting->View Log File)?
If you want us to have a look, attach the log to your post with the "Attach a file" above "Post Comment" button
Don't copy the contents of the log to the message area.
HWinfo says over 90% on 'gpu core load'. 'Total CPU usage' is around 5%.
Btw GPU #1 is marked as the integrated radeon card and GPU #0 is the NVIDIA one (on HWINFO). Does this have any correlation? Should the integrated card be disabled?

This is the render bit.
But, that's only the render bit. The important stuff is above that up to "+++++++++++++++ DAZ Studio 4.xx.xx.xx starting +++++++++++++++++"
But even from that snippet I can see that you have some insanely dense items in the scene
"the parametric approximation level is set to 1. The original value of 2 would produce too much geometry in a single mesh"
"1 triangle object with 3 M triangles, 1 instance yielding 3 M triangles"
My laptop 3060 renders the same exact scene in the same time. maybe even faster.
Maybe the reason is in the part of the log you didn't show.
Just attach the whole text file to your post. from the latest "+++++++++++++++ DAZ Studio 4.xx.xx.xx starting +++++++++++++++++"
That is the expected behavior. Only Iray renders, Iray preview and dForce simulations are GPU-accelerated.
I am very curious to see how this thread develops. I recently got a 4090 and am experiencing somewhat of the same situation.
