Cannot find how to get the bookmarks drop down to appear

Cannot find how to get the bookmarks drop down to appear

 

I had to reinstall daz so bookmark tab is no longer present

 can someone please tell me how to start using bookmarks, how to get the drop down to appear from the menu bar

It's a plugin... if you have it installed, can you see it activated from : Help - About Installed plugins... ?
