Well if I put a $67 gift card in my cart it only shows a -1 tokens; so, if you lost 8 tokens I suspect you accidently left them as applied in your cart.
If the gift card was the only thing in your cart, submit a support request to get the tokens back. I've had that happen before: I cleared my cart to buy a gift card but forgot to clear the applied token. It took a few days to get the tokens.
This has now been fixed.

I just bought a GC (with +-5 tokens) and didn't lose any tokens.
Are you sure you didn't forget to reset your applied tokens to zero and mistakenly applied 8 tokens to your GC purchase? I've done that in the past. I've also applied tokens to a cart full of freebies. Very embarrassing. But each time I reached out to customer support and got them back.

That can easily happen, as the only difference between NO token and 8 tokens in the cart is that the small green box with the tokens says APPLY TO CART instead of APPLIED TO CART.
Anything else is identical. I asked them to change that once, as I lost tokens at least thrice this way, but somebody here told me that is clear enough.
Whenever that happens I tend to spend my money elsewhere for a week or three. I certainly scrap the cart that I originally intended to use with these 8 tokens and that I sometimes put back to buy a short term offer - which is when this problem raises its ugly head.
Overall not putting in a line of "You use N tokens in this order" on the left side, where the actual order is, cost them well over 500 in business from me.
The very least they could do is automatically remove the tokens on all carts of zero price, or where all items in the cart are not valid for reductions via tokens (ie gift cards, fixed price deals etc).
According to this All 2024 releases are still new and should be discounted. So this, so far, (see my post a few up) makes half a dozen or so that are not, but seemingly should be. Can we get this and those I posted addressed please . . . to avoid an onslought of tickets for price adjustments?

The products you pointed out have now been added, but the "All" is in there by accident and users should be using the "View All Still New" link provided. The link there just takes you down to the still new category and then that has the link I just mentioned to all the available 2024 products they selected.

It would be really nice if the "View All Items" link in the Build Your Own Anniversary Bundle section went to a page without ineligible items.

The whishlist sale has a problem with discounts. Items that are still new are not getting the extra 50% discount, regardless when they have been added to the whishlist. The disclamer does not state that new items are excluded, only gift cards, licenses and memberships

Sorry if SEB but are all these inactive bundles meant to be (attached image from my wishlist)? I take it this is the new premium free bundles strategy, smaller bundles with add-on bundles.
I'm not a great fan of taking away stuff you've already releases, always a better way than trying to re-write history.
It's intentional. These bundles have now been split differently, and as far as I know, no "stuff" has been "taken away", just the bundling of it changed. If you already bought it, it doesn't affect it, and if you haven't, it doesn't affect you either. And as for the wishlist, you can remove them from the list and add the split bundles instead.
It effects if you wanted to buy an interactive license for a bundle you already own later, when you decide to use the content but now that does not exist. Now I would have to buy a license for each individual item or re-buy the new bundle to save on the licenses.
It's myopic strategy imho (Pro Starter.....Mega, Themed... er... now we are back to the G2 setup), the implications of deleting a sku don't effect many but they annoy me lol.
By all means change your approach but don't delete bundles and content you already sold, certainly not within a year of release!!!!
