    Sorry, but still buggy here.

    I have the selection from the accompanied link in my cart (including a new debut release below), for around 27 in items.

    When I apply the code it does not zero these items but goes down by exactly $22, which is weired. That should be around -27 (leaving room for around 13).

    That said, the linked page does have non DAZ-items upon it. Is that correct? Perhaps the rules of what is in and what not needs to be clarified.

    Currently I cannot fathom out how it works, as a plain -$20 or -$40 on the given items it is clearly not.

    Try a hard refresh. Sale should no longer have non dazOs. Coupon appears to be working.

    I restarted the browser for the same results. Just that I do not have the orange banner anymore, so no link to the page.

    But the coupon still subtracts $22 from my cart, not $40.

    On the same note... if I drop the "debut new item", the coupon subtracts $11, not $22.

    It seems that, at least for MY cart, the subtraction total is wrongly set.

    I just tried, the problem comes from the tokens, the coupon is applied before them.

    Without tokens and coupon :

    With only the coupon the amount applied is ok:

    With only my tokens total is $23.10:

    With tokens and coupon the total should be $3.10, but I get $9.10

    Good hunting! Makes sense, as 22 is 55% of 40. Stupid me :-)


    Then the problem is that the reduction is not applied on the total but on the base pricing before tokens. That explains it, but it probably remains a bug.
    I can live with that, as -$22 is still a nice freebie. But it devalues the usage of tokens here and is probably not meant that way - or should be announced.
    Imho that should work the same way as store credit. But perhaps I am just greedy.

    Well, ticket is already out. Is there any way to see and comment upon existing tickets?
    Once they are in I usually get a mail, but have not seen any entry in my dashboard.

    EDIT: OK, got the receipt and commented there by mail. Hopefully it will help and they will sort it out before the sale ends.

    You need to sign in, then click on your first name / last name to get the link for 'My activities'. Click on it and you should have access to your tickets. Click on the one related to the current problem and you'll be able to add a comment at the bottom of the page (as long as the ticket is open).

    Ok, so I have to log into the ticket system. Makes sense again. No direct way from my dashboard - just like the incoming general messages who are in the menu. Live and learn. Thanks!
     

    That all said, the handling of the Mid-Month Mayhem offer seems to be still a general problem in that the TOKENs are applied AFTER the free credits, and not the credits on the cart value at checkout.

    If our esteemed moderator can check and confirm that this sequence is deliberate we (at least me) can finalize the daily checkout at -$22 instead of 40.
    Otherwise I would much appreciate it if its credit after tokens, as this adds 81% of net worth.

    The coupon code FRIGHTFUL-THANKS is taking the dollar amount off before tokens. Shouldn't it apply to the cart after tokens are applied???

    Looks like I may have posted this question in the wrong thread.

    Asking again here:

    Where's the Daz+ shop page at these days?  Not the membership page, the one that shows the new weekly Daz+ item and weekly selection of discounted items, as well as the Daz+ freebies?

    I AM still Daz+, until sometime in 2026 at least, the Daz+ sale page with associated weekly deals should still show up regardless...

    It was hidden in dropdowns before Premier showed up, now the said dropdowns have apparently disappeared.  Just wondering where I can find the selection of '60% off weekly discounted Daz+ items' for Daz+ that was offered each week in the past, for a number of years.

    https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-second-abyss-outfit-for-genesis-9 This outfit lists 3 hair products as a requirement. They are used in renders so I'm assuming they were meant to be in the "Products used in promo images" section.

    At a guess, they were supposed to be listed as products used in the promos and ended up in the wrong slot.

    for the FRIGHTFUL-THANKS coupon and it says coupon is not valid.

    I'm running into a couple strange discount behaviours again today. the 45% off with tokens doesn't seem to be calculating correctly on several items. For example 51% off becoming 66% instead of 73%. I'm also encountering some issues with Daz originals where some items are receiving the 50% off premier discount and others aren't.

    I have a test cart with a debut new release, all my tokens applied and a bit less than $40 of eligible items: right now, the only non-free item in the cart is the debut new release which was not the case a couple of hours ago.

    After waiting 12 hours I decided that they will not change that and bought the freebies at  22.

    And now, three hours later, they repaired it. I am so glad sad
