Multisphere in Daz 4.8 Pro

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

For some reason, I can't get the Multisphere (from Fantasy and SciFi Effects) to load up in Daz Studio 4.8 Pro.  Did anyone else experience this problem and if so can you explain what you did to overcome this??
