help with Deformers Plus: Hat Head

this says it will help push hair into the hat so there is no hair poke through, the controls do appear when selected but no matter what I have tried there the controllers do not move the hair at all, there must be something I am missing, can anyone explain to me the porocess how to make this product work please

I was trying it on m4

I clicked link from IM but no instructions were available

all you have to do is click and the clothes morph - it is awesome for anyone still using m and v4
