How to fix strange animation key interpolation?

I noticed if I copy paste keys, sometimes it creates weird interpolations that "dips into the key" making the animation look jittery. Interpolation is set to TCB. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Yes.  What I usually do is select all the keys, change from tcb to constant, then change back from constant to tcb.  It will re-interpolate and recalculate the curves.
