Can V4 wearables be used for Gen 3?

I've seen a few posts in the area but not quite what I;m looking for. I'm interested in a few V4 and similar era wearables and such, like the body suit:

Can these be used with Genesis 3 female figures like Karen 7 (my fave) using auto follow, or as the product description says they are only compatible with Victoria 4? A similar question would be for jewelry and hair for V4 and earlier figures, too.

With the following products you can Auto-Fit most Victoria 4 clothing to Genesis 3 Female, footwear is still iffy.  You wont need the unimesh fits as morphs are transferred to clothing with all the Genesises, may need to aply a Smoothing Modifier to the clothing to take care of some poke-thrus
