Can't adjust fur.

And I cant adjust the fur. Where to do so?

Wnat you see in preview, incl Iray preview is different from the render.

You can in parameters try to enable preview hair, and set tesselation to 3. Just be aware that it will tax your system.

Alternatively apply the OmniHair shader (might still have to turn Previes Hair on).
