Rubble 1: Urban Ruins - Install?

I just bought Rubble 1: Urban Ruins but I cannot figure out how to install it. (I always install my content manually so I can organize it)
There are quite a few different files and I placed the regular Daz files, but there looks to be some .exe files and some others I don't recognize. What is the correct proceedure to install it?

    The only file you need to download and install is the IM00009360-03_Rubble1ModernRuinsDS.zip

    The rest are for Poser, older DS and even older files for both

    Ah, after installing that one I see what the problem is. It has .daz files also which don't load. Only the .duf files do.
