Shoe help

Ive looked in multiple threads and still cant find a solution other than physicaly placing the shoes in place.  Ive Zeroed out morphs and unchecked autofollow and still get this mess.

Id rather not have to delete toes or bone structure to fit shoes. How can I fit shoes on feet without this constantly happening?

    Select and restore (Edit>Figure>Restore>Restore Selected) the toe and metatarsal bones.
