Is it basically impossible to adjust the size of the chest and the length of the legs?

I've been watching a recent lecture, and the instructor's parameter screen
There is a menu called thin and he can reduce the chest size and increase the leg length. However, my model does not have a menu called thin, only emaciated. If so, should I buy  plug-in for the above adjustment?

The two images you uploaded are identical, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing, especially since it doesn't show a "thin" OR "emaciated". You won't need to buy a plugin, although there might be some morphs you need. Do you have the Female Body Morphs?

As far as I have understood, the Shaping tab does not necessarily have all the morphs.
The Parameters tab does, which is what I always use.

Don't take a photo of the screen use a screen capture application (Snip and Sketch in recent versions of Windows, for example). It will be much more legible.
