Zero Pose on One Frame Only of Animation Timeline [SOLVED]

I am trying to set up an animation timeline for a dForce simulation.

My character started out already posed at frame 0.  I set a new keyframe, with the character still posed, at frame 30.  Then I tried to zero my figure's pose on frame 0 so that the animation timeline would work with the dForce simulation.  However, zero'ing my figure's pose at frame 0 zeroes it for the entire simulation.

An obvious fix would be to have set up my character's pose at frame 30 to begin with, but I didn't realize I was going to want the timeline simulation when I started.

So how do I zero the pose at frame 0, but still keep my pose at frame 30?

  • Okay, this is what I did:

Put the current key frame to zero, saved figure pose making sure to check the current frame only, then zeroed the figure pose, and then moved to frame 30 and applied the saved pose.
