Inquiries About Unidentified Products In Promo Art

I previously posted a question like this in the wrong sub-forum, so this time I'm making a dedicated thread to ask about background products I'd like to track down. In this case, I was wondering about a space dock used on the March Madness page from this week (attached since I could not find a linkable version of the image). I went through all of the sci-fi environments and did not see a good match, so it might be 3rd party or something kit-bashed by whoever made the promo renders. If you recognize it, I'd love to hear about it.

While browsing my library, my attention was caught by the hair model for the first promo image of Asher HD for Genesis 8 Male. Some of the hair used in the promos is identified, but I could not tell if either matched the picture featured. I'd love to know what hair it is, if anyone can identify it.
