Problems with Texture Booster

Just bought Texture Booster, and it seems that applying L.I.E. makeup after using it will break the surface. Undoing doesn't fix it either, I have to restore a previous save. See the attached for an example:

As per my understanding of this product, I think you can try running this Booster as the final step, after applying all mat. presets as well as makeups...
