Compatibility Question

When an item says: Compatible Software: DAZ Studio.  Can it be used in DAZ 4.8 and others?  Or is that just for use in newer versions?  Thanks for the input.

    When it says "DAZ Studio" only it usually means it was created before DS 4 was released.

    Most of those products will work in DS4+, but some (plugins mainly) will not. Do you have a specific example you're interested in?

    This one works well in DS 4.8 with 3Delight, if you're using Iray you'll need to adjust the materials.

    Thanks for the help.  Trying to create graphics for my next book smiley  Didn't want to purchase if it would not work.

    Kids 4 work just fine in 4.8

    I haven't found hardly anything that doesn't work in 4.8.  I have over 1400 items dating backt ot 2010 and forward and all of them work well. As Leana said the only issue arises if you are using Iray then you may have to do some adjusting. And the 3delight shaders don't usually work in Iray and vice versa but some of them do a bit
