How to turn the flame on?

It says:
ERC Materials - Turn Gas = Flame On

I don't get it on how to do it.

    It looks like the flame is driven by the gas knob -- when the cooker is selected, there's a parameter to turn the knob, and the flame is set accordingly.

    no option to turn to gas knob, either pose or shape.

    Select Gas Cooker, there're 4 properties, Gas xxxx, dial them.
