Animate2 Serial Missing - Solved

Been going through all the files I have downloaded and adding images to them so I can see at a glance what the file is. I noticed I didn't have my serial number for animate2 in the folder for animations. I went to my account to go get it and save a copy to my computer and it's not in my accounts list of serial numbers.

It use to be there, but now it's not...is there something I need to know?

    Do you definitely have it purchased under the account you are logged in as?

    If so then there should be a serial number for it in your account settings. I don't own it but cannot see why it wouldn't be there if you had bought it. If not then you should probably raise a sales support ticket quoting the ID for the order when you purchased it.

    Yup

    Ugh nevermind, now it's there, weird that I couldn't find it earlier.
