I'm hoping you can help me, please. I've asked about this issue before with no success but I have some new info that may be of help. One of my first ever purchases from Daz was the football uniform for Michael 2 way back around 2005 or 2006. Now many years, and several hard drive changes later, I've somehow lost the files from my runtime. They no longer appear in my account, and as I said I've asked before but no one was able to locate any info on the purchase. I think it may be because I supplied an email address that I thought was attached to my account at the time, but I may have been incorrect.The e-mail which my account was attached to at the time was probably [email protected], a long defunct address that I used to use.

I'm hoping you can look into this because I'd love to have that clothing set back. Yes it was for Michael 2, a now outdated figure, but it was truly a great product.
