The MHE Collection strives to bring a classic look and feel in a variety of materials for you to be able to customize the furniture to your scene and your tastes! Each set also comes with some unique plants that one can use to create a lush, relaxing environment for your characters to live in.

Modern Home Essentials Pack 03 contains several seating options in the form of a comfy couch, loveseat, and armchair. A large media cabinet with peek-through doors allows you to watch TV comfortably while also enjoying your decorations, books, plants, or anything else you'd put on the shelves to dress up your shots! A set of three nesting coffee tables can be split up and moved around to allow your characters to enjoy a solid surface wherever they choose to sit. Also included, are 3 species of succulents with three modeling varieties each, to be placed in their cube planters and arranged in any configuration you'd like! A large Klein bottle sculpture, several vases, decorative boxes, and bowls are used to dress up the shot and provide more options for decorating your spaces, and lastly, a large rectangular carpet ties the whole set together.

The set was made with detail in mind, to sell the realism. The couches each come with various panels and piped cushions, as well as a visible structure underneath the couches you'd expect to see in a real piece of furniture. The joints of various pieces come together in natural ways to simulate how real furniture is made. The large floor lamp comes with movable light heads, allowing you to configure the lamp however you wish, and even remove the bottom two orbs if necessary!

Finally, most props come with several material zones to allow you to replace and customize each prop as much as possible using your own materials or shaders!
