Dialogue box asking whether to zero or restore pose is interrupting conversion script

Everytime I run mass pose conversion scripts - in this case the Props and Poses Converter for G3F to G8F, it asks if I want to Zero or Restore the pose between each set of poses copied. I have 1700 poses to convert, so this is a real issue. I am sure there is a way to turn it off, but I haven't found it. I really don't want to imagine what happens when I convert my much larger G8 pose library to G9 LOL !

This is, as far as I know, something the script author would have to do as an update.
