Tattoos and wearables. Is it possible to use/create my own?

I'm curios about the customization of tattoos on Genesis 2 figures. Everything else seems to OK let you create custom presets but with tattoos I haven't seen any text about this.

There are two ways of doing it...one creating a preset using the Layered Image Editor

The second way is to use a series of masks (tranparency maps) and a geometry shell.

Thanks. Thats helpful. I've heard of the image editor. It sounds a lot like Pixlr editor which I think I'm pretty proficient at. I'm gonna research this right now. Thanks.
