Any ideas on how to resolve?

Ither products seem to load fine, not sure what gives with this one.....

    It seems the file "downtown ny living room.duf" has been truncated, or corrupted, most likely from a bad Connect download or decryption. Try to re-install the product from a fresh copy.

    No issue on my side... Again, OneDrive + Daz Connect turned into the culprit on your side. And again, personally suggest no-go for OneDrive, no-go for Daz Connect...

    In general, there should be a warning stickied on the forums "Never install any content to C:\Users\"

    Hmmm good to know. Will have to full reinstall with different folder. When I set up daz I didn't realize it was in the one drive structure. I wonder if that's why it's a bit slow to load in. My 3P content takes 1/4 or less time to load in, I just assume it was larger files.

    It looks as if the files are not decrypting properly - it isn't finding a valid opening character. Please report this to support, but in the meantime if you download the product zip and copy the files ands folders from inside the Content folder in the zip into the C:/Users//OneDrive/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Daz Connect Library/data/cloud/1_67361/ folder (you should be asked if you want to merge the folders and overwrite the files - say yes) it should load OK.
