Anyone have any clue?

ok, I hope this isn't a dumb question, but my understanding is that key frames are attached to frames (see the bottom line). any idea why this is happening on my timeline? I have a number of keys that are "between" the frames. I was using a pose conversion script but I've seen this before but now it's becoming a hassle and messing up my animation.... trying to decide if its DAZ or the script... but why would it even happen regardless of what is causing it? thanks!

have you tried increasing the number of frames per second so each one is on a frame?
you can then run this script https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts/mcjdecimate-for-ds-12-3
I suspect the script is interpolating at a higher frame rate than the one you are using, I get this if I change my framerate after importing a BVH or baking an Aniblock to keyframes
I love mcj scripts! yes, this is exactly what I am doing, importing BVH's so this will probably be the answer. some of the other bvh's are crashing my converter and that may be why as well. the BVH should come with a warning label... haha. Thank you Wendy!!!
ok, that did the trick! I didn't see it covert the FPS ... to 24! So, here is what I did for anyone looking for a complete answer in the future:
1) applied BVH (in this case V4.2. Yes, V4,2!)
2) ran the mcjDecimate script, set the keyframe from Every X frame count from the default of 5, to the ratio of 0.8 (this adjusts 24fps to 30fps). Yours may be different if you are woking with two different frame rates. Just divide the BVH FR/Target FR and you'll get the correct ratio.
3) Executed the script, keyframes will still appear out of sync.
4) MANUALLY change the FPS back to your target desire FPS, and boomba! BVH animation now in 30 FPS. Saved it out to a .duf preset and now I am good to go!
Handy to know - Thanks both of you!

FYI, the title of your thread is horrible, as it contains no clues! ;)
