DIM problem

Downloaded, installed (logged in to account of course), ran, after trying to login got massage "Unable to ligin to specified account..."

Uninstalled and repeated and the result was the same. Can't understand because i'm in account in browser and errors excluded.

What's wrong?

And you are sure you had the email and password correct? If so you may need to open a support ticket.

I just had this happen last week, but I forgot that I had to change my password. Do you happen to have your caps lock on?
