can someone please tell me how to access this on my mac, I have saved it, I click, nothing happens.

    I am not sure what you mean?   Are you talking about a Manual  for this product, where are you seeing that?

    Do you mea that you installed it manualy and can't find the product?   How did you download and install this item?
